Mark really knows computers. He can soon find the root of the problem and fix it on the spot. Mark also gave me some good advice on how to look after my computer to lessen or stop me having problems in the future.
He is easy to talk to and offers a fast reliable service he will even come to you which is better for non car owners.
The cost of his service is a fair price considering the service he gives.

Reasonably priced and trustworthy

Mark was recommended to me when I was looking for an I.T repair consultant. As he was local he was easy to get to and communication was fab prior to using his services. He did a diagnostic as best he could and an estimate on price and time which I considered reasonable before I committed to using him. Whilst he had the items for repair he correspondence to ask if certain things were ok to do and waited for a response before acting on them. I needed the repairs done quite quickly and Mark delivered on them. We haven't had to seek any further assistance from them being repaired so are happy with his service. I would recommend Mark to anyone else as a trustworthy repair man. Thank you mark!

I had a new screen fitted on my laptop and what he quoted was the price he charged, no hidden charges and was cheaper than anywhere else. Very friendly service and will definitely use him again for any computer problems or updates in the future.
